Loan Loss Reserve

• Utilization of Loan Loss Reserve terms and
  conditions of WD
• Forming a 2.5 million loan fund in each city
  with a WD loan loss reserve of 500,000 5
  million leveraged loan funding

• Both VanCity Credit Union and Coast Capital
  Savings work in partnership with WD
