• Sessions can be held at your site if you are able
  to provide a computer lab

Reminders

• FORMS Use the most current version.
  Get the Accounting and HRMS from the web site
  to ensure you have the most current version
  (they are updated and corrected as your
  suggestions come in!)
• CHARTFIELDS - Double check to ensure you are
  using the correct fund, department and account
  number

More Reminders

• DEADLINES!
• HRMS and Payroll deadlines are drop-dead dates!
• Deadline for the January 31 payday is Wednesday,
  January 19th (2 working days after the Friday,
  January 14th payday)

Direct Deposit (ACH)

• Legacy
• Travel/other reimbursement checks and Direct
  Deposit remittances were mailed to employee's
  department
• Payroll was Direct Deposited

• PeopleSoft
• Mailed to employee's home address temporarily
  until Accounting Services updates PeopleSoft
  records
• Travel/other reimbursements will be Direct
  Deposited to the same bank account as Payroll,
  regardless of what account was set up in legacy
  for travel/other reimbursements.

Direct Deposit (ACH)

• Legacy
• On Direct Deposit for travel/other reimbursement
  but not for Payroll
• Payroll was Direct Deposited but FlexComp was not

• PeopleSoft
• May temporarily receive travel/other reimburse.
  via check until Accounting Services updates
  PeopleSoft records
• Payroll and FlexComp will be Direct Deposited

• FlexComp and travel/other reimbursement Direct
  Deposit will go to your primary account for your
  Payroll check

Direct Deposit - FlexComp

• Direct Deposit is mandatory for FlexComp
  participants effective immediately.
• Direct Deposit for FlexComp means also Direct
  Deposit for Payroll.
• Employees enrolled in FlexComp for 2005 who do
  not have Direct Deposit for Payroll have been
  contacted.
