R3 Model

• Propose to update and circulate code based on R3
  model from WCM2004
• modify code to exactly follow R2 style
• same instance parameters and how they are handled
  (especially c1 and c2)
• same form for geometry dependencies
• R2 form has a few more components (e.g. TCs)
• documentation in R2 style
• includes depletion and velocity saturation
  nonlinearities, always includes self-heating
• add option to turn off as in R2
• add bias independent components to capacitance
• for poly resistors

What About Poly Resistors?

• Although depletion formulation derives from
  junction pinching, it appears it is also
  applicable to poly depletion
• see this in high voltage poly resistors, now
  checking accuracy of fits
• velocity saturation and self-heating are most
  prominent in poly resistor nonlinearity
• need to ensure there are no numerical problems
  from negative TCs and self-heating
