IBMYP Certificate and Record of Achievement

• MYP Certificate is awarded to those students who
  meet MYP Requirements.

Record of Achievement is given to all students
who participate in Grade 10.

Requirements for the IBMYP Certificate

• Participation in the final two years of the
  programme
• A grade total of at least 36 out of 63
• At least a grade 2 in each subject
• At least a grade 3 for personal project
• Completion of 50 hours of Community and Service
  over Grades 9 and 10

Determinationof IBMYP Grades

• We send assessed student work to the IB
• The IB reviews our assessments and may adjust the
  levels of achievement we give to Grade 10
  students.
• Final IBMYP Grades may be different from the
  levels given on ISHCMC Semester II reports.

Subject Choices
Students are enrolled by teachers in Physical
Education, Mathematics, English A or B, and
Technology. Mandarin A will be available if
there is sufficient enrollment. Biology and
Physics cannot be taken in combination.
