History
1984 y. foundation of the company joint
venture of two engineers 1984 y. first
hydraulic press, pressure 50 tons, innovatory
mechanical energy accumulator 1992 y. designing
a wide range of equipment for plastic processing
industry 1995 y. implementation of automatic
processing line for pipes calibration (customer
Brown Coal Mine in Belchatow) 1997 y. first
project for American customer designing and
building steel construction and equipment for
beverage cans production line with capacity of
1500 cans / min. 1997 y. removal to new plant
in Biale Blota 1998 y. start up of stamping
shop and cooperation with automotive
sector  1999 y. first projects connected with
manufacturing processes automatization and
robotics 2001 y. design of the first automatic
palletizing system 2003 y. implementation of
ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 2006 y. investment
agreement with private equity fund and capital
increase 2007 y. start up of a new plant in Solec
Kujawski, development of plant in Biale Blota

Mixing and dosing lines Systems which allow to
dosing and mixing powders and granulates. In the
end user gets homogeneous mixture. This type
of systems are using by chemical, food and
plastic industry.

Top Former Machine for forming top of
aluminium bottles
Hydrapres designed and is building 4 elements of
aluminium bottles production line double-action
press with feeder, washer, Top Former and
integration and automatic control of all this line

Aluminium Cans Washer. Transmission belt
transfers cans through 7 washing and drying
chambers. Process capacity 600-900 cans / min.
Washer is made of high quality stainless steel.
It guarantees machine long life
Washer length 20 mheight 4 m width 2 m We
used circa 13 ton of acid resistant steel

Prototype we are working on particle grinding
new technology with the use of high-speed mill
Hydrapres at customers request does
research and development works on particle
grinding mill. The aim is obtaining
nanoparticles, which can be use in many branches
of industry for example cellulose, pigments, sand
and others.
Know-how and experience in working on prototype
will be Hydrapres advantage over others.

of bags, and other packages on pallets. Our scope
of activity includes advasing, design, execution
and serwising at the customer side.

Hydrapres is an expert in design and construction
of hydraulic presses which are mainly used in
plastic forming of metal. We offer universal
presses and also presses of special use. Presses
are meet all safety requirements specified in
Polish and European Standards (PN and EN). They
have also CE certificate Hydrapres designs and
delivers completely production lines for
automatic stamping

• In 2006 we built a new factory- stamping shop-
  located in the Industrial Park of Solec Kujawski
• production area of 4.000 m2 with crane 10 and
  20 ton
• Administration area of 1.200 m2

with thickness from 0,5 to 6mm with the use of
automatic stamping lines We design and build
progressive tools
