FORMS AND METHODS
The training program is conducted in an
interactive form, with maximum participants
involvement, and orientation to goals. This
motivates participants to improvement and
measurable advance outputs. The basic
training content is supplemented by exercises,
practice of model situations, brainstorming,
tests, and questionnaires. The content
reflects current trends, development in the
area. After training, every participant will
prepare an individual action plan to implement
the practiced and learned skills directly for
their practice.

Steven J. Kelly, M.A. CPT Mr. Kelly has almost
30 years experience working as a manager and
trainer. As a partner with KNO in Central Europe
since 1990, he has worked with a wide variety of
commercial firms and nonprofit agencies. He has
extensive experience in project management,
teambuilding, and cross-cultural business
communications. As a trainer, consultant and
facilitator he worked for such companies such as
KPMG, Squire Sanders, AIG, Gleeds, ING Bank,
Kimberly Clark, Opel, and the U.S. Peace Corps.
