  • Engineering is a vast field that offers infinite
specialization. It offers lots of career
prospects in India.  All fields in the modern
economy has been invigorated by engineering
technology. This field deals with designing and
    its application.

3
INTRODUCTION (contd..)
  • Engineering Studies are the cornerstone of all
    developmental activities. Starting from the
    agricultural equipment to industrial automation,
consumer products, and space technology, the
engineering studies have been found embedded into
all technological advancements that emerge from
the fundamental principle of theories and
    subsequent development of its prototype.

4
INTRODUCTION (contd..)
  • New theories and concepts with real world
applications have been evolving. The current
practical systems have many of the attributes of
    fundamental engineering studies.

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (contd..)
  • In the government sector, freshers could join as
Junior Engineers and go up the ladder as
    Assistant Engineers,   Assistant Executive
    Engineers, Executive Engineers, Superintendent
    Engineers and so on.
  • These engineers are required in automobile,
    chemical, electronics, steel plants, oil
