INNOVATION MANAGEMENT TOOLS FOR GEOGRAPHICALLY
DISTRIBUTED ORGANISATIONS

• Development and maintenance of the motivation and
  skills necessary for competitive survival is
  still more difficult when organisations are
  geographically distributed. The project objective
  is to identify the Innovation Generation Best
  practices in excellent firms which could be
  applicable to networked organisations and to
  elaborate an IT tools supported methodology to
  empower its implementation.

• The project workprogramme will consist of
• identification of excellent firms from an
  innovation point of view in different EU regions
• analysis of the Best Practice in the selected
  firms and identification of its portability level
• elaboration of the Distributed Innovation Toolkit
  for Networked Organisations
• deployment of the Toolkit as pilot sites in a
  reduced number of EU networked organisations
• dissemination among Innovation agents in EU and
  newly associated members.
