EIAs Strategic Plan the Three Goals

• EIAs information program will be relevant,
  reliable and consistent with changing energy
  markets and EIAs information products will
  retain or improve their high quality and
  timeliness.
• EIAs resource base will be sufficient to
  accomplish all core elements of its mission.
• 3.  EIA will have effective leadership and
  management, and EIA staff will be highly
  motivated and productive.
