Georgetown University, Chandler Wonderly worked
in multifamily property investment and
management. In 1992, his eyes landed on a
multifamily community that was available for sale
through a classified ad.

After seeing an ad for a multifamily property for
sale, Chandler Wonderly knew this path would
bring his vision to life, and he was not wrong.
Penny by penny, dollar by dollar, Chandler
Wonderly collected enough money to pay his down
payment - 3,000. After purchasing the
investment, Wonderly built his business into what
is now known as Olympus Property.
