Business Development
  • Special marketing materials will be made
    available by RSIS which outline ITS services,
    specifics about the BPA, benefits of using the
    vehicle and participating team member companies
  • Each Team Member is encouraged to market its
    capabilities resulting in maximum Task Orders for
    ITS
  • TEAM RSIS members have a presence in every major
    command world wide
  • RSIS will host periodic marketing council reviews
    with team representatives to discuss best
    practices, successes and opportunities to enhance
    use of the BPA
  • Task order opportunity development includes
    registration notification with the PMO to
    preclude convergence of team members on an
    opportunity

  • Specific Identifying information on each Task
    Order will be forwarded to the RSIS PMO, where it
    is time-stamped, registered and tracked
  • Task requests not registered will be forwarded
    all team members for review and disposition.
    Multiple responses will be arbitrated on the
    basis of capability, cost,potential of winning,
    client satisfaction, and quality of delivered
    goods
  • RSIS encourages Team Members to work together to
    develop tasks and to share in task participation
  • RSIS has a successful track record working with
    our teammates to generate government wide
    contracting vehicles like ITS and currently
    performs as prime on 7 vehicles, successfully
    managing 57 subcontractors
