Incompatible for residential properties,

Sector 2 ( 11,000 acres) Land area within 65 to
75 db DNL noise zone Not recommended for
residential properties Navy would purchase if in
best interest of Navy and property owner New

and practices which attract waterfowl controlled
through Navys purchase of restrictive use
