• The Contract for Deed is an agreement between the
  Seller (Blake Rentals, LLC) and the Buyer (you)
  for purchase of real estate property in which
  payment of the purchase price is paid in monthly
  installments over the two year period of the
  contract, with the balance due at the end of the
  two years.

• Blake Rentals, LLC carries the first Mortgage on
  the property

• Your monthly payments go towards the principle
  balance
