Mrs. White's class in Orono (Maine) has been
Twittering for a month with Mr. Thompson's class
in Greene. There are lessons in grammar,
spelling, math -- Twitter messages can't be
anymore than 140 characters -- and online
security and digital citizenship.
_at_manyvoices was an ongoing collaborative story
started by Mr. Mayo's 8th grade students in
Maryland. The collaborative story was written by
over 100 elementary and middle school students in
six different countries using Twitter.com. The
story concluded at the 140th entry.
