  • Keep it simple
  • You may already be evaluating without realizing
    it
  • Have a plan in place at start of year - include
    in your standard
  • Ask supervisors / foremen to keep log books or
    written records if theyre responsible to
    evaluate by observation
  • Turn negative results into opportunities for
    improvement
  • Negative results does not mean failure
  • Consider whether to evaluate all 5 elements
    simultaneously or separately
