Info about Ancient Egypt

• The Ancient Egyptians believes in
  a pharaoh as their God. The pharaohs
  sarcophagus is placed in the same burial chamber
  as the pharaoh. Before the pyramids were built
  they were planned carefully. Most of the
  pyramids were built by limestone. The total
  weight of one pyramid is 6.5 million tons. WOW.
  No one knows how the Egyptians were able to lift
  and move these huge rocks into place.

An Amulet

• It is blue and has a weird shape. It is called
  an amulet, talisman, or a charm is a personal
  ornament because of its shape. It gives
  protection towards people.

Scarabs

• Scarabs were good luck charms and seals with the
  names of the owner cut on the underside. These
  Egyptian objects were in form of a beetle, the
  good luck beetle! Often they were worn in graves
  and placed on or around the heart

Wall Painting

• This wall painting shows the type of boats the
  Ancient Egyptians used, the birds found on banks
  of the Nile, and the tools noble men used for
  hunting!

Tutankhamen's Mask

• The Mask is a life-size mask, engraved with magic
  spells, protected the head of Tutankhamen's
  mummy. The mask is made from gold inlaid with
  semi-precious stones.

Nedjem

• Nedjem means sweet one. The outline of his figure
  suggests a block, hence the term, Block
  stature. He has a small beard, full wig, and
  sandals. Between his legs is a smaller figure
  which represents the god Ptah-Tatenen,a form of
  the Memphite god, Ptah, who was be not only the
  creator god but also the land from which all was
  created. He is wrapped as a mummy and holds a
  scepter.

Ankh

• An Ankh is a symbol for Ancient Egyptians to show
  life, but its enduring icon that remains with
  us today as a Christian cross. In upper Egypt the
  Ankh, could symbolize water in rituals of
  purification. They found Anqet, Ptah, Satet,
  Sobek, Tefnut, Osiris, Ra, Isis, Hathor, Anibus
  and many other gods holding an Ankh!
