Matthew 513-16

• 13 You are the salt of the earth, but if salt
  has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be
  restored? It is no longer good for anything
  except to be thrown out and trampled under
  peoples feet.
• 14 You are the light of the world. A city set
  on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Nor do people
  light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a
  stand, and it gives light to all in the house. 16
  In the same way, let your light shine before
  others, so that they may see your good works and
  give glory to your Father who is in heaven.

Romans 51-5

• Therefore, since we have been justified by
  faith, we have peace with God through our Lord
  Jesus Christ. Through him we have also obtained
  access by faith into this grace in which we
  stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of
  God. More than that, we rejoice in our
  sufferings, knowing that suffering produces
  endurance, and endurance produces character, and
  character produces hope, and hope does not put us
  to shame, because Gods love has been poured into
  our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been
  given to us.

  God/other oriented

• From the days of John the Baptist until now the
  kingdom of heaven has suffered violence, and the
  violent take it by force.
• If you really want the Kingdom of God in your
  life go get it!
• But Gods Kingdom rule will change you!

• For some of you the lies are currently the
  foundation of your life
• They are familiar and comfortable, and make you
  feel safe but you are really in bondage
• You continue to believe them so you can use them
  to keep from trusting God others you take no
  risks
• They exist because of wounds, and Jesus want to
  heal you
