  • Changes to the EN contract necessary for new
    regulations
  • Mailed out to all ENs should have arrived last
    week
  • ENs signature will adjust actual EN Contract
    with SSA, allowing for operation under the new
    regulations

  • Sign the included signature page and submit it to
    the SSA EN Contracts Team

What Does the EN Need to Do? (cont)
  • Signed pages must be received within 30 days of
    your receipt of the letter
  • Payments under the new regulations will not be
    paid until these signatures have been received
  • Must be signed by Signatory Authority or Primary
    Contact
  • Please also write EIN on the signature form
