Competition with members for financial resources?

• In case of RDF it is a big difference regarding
  organizational capacity - so our decision is to
  go in partnership
• It is difficult because we have different
  missions

  capacity to implement projects
• We can offer possibilities to access EU projects
  because of the RDF executive director expertise-
  partnership
