2About eNVQ
eNVQ is a management system that drives the
assessment, verification and management
functions enabling all parties involved in
competence-based qualifications (learners,
employers, assessors, verifiers, providers) to
undertake their roles while at the same time
tracking and monitoring progress.
The eNVQ system gives learners the means to
manage their own portfolios, while enabling
feedback from trainers or employers. The system
supports all methods of evidence collection
including digital pictures, sound files and
videos.
The eNVQ system overcomes the problems associated
with paper-based NVQ delivery.

3About eNVQ ... continued
The eNVQ system is accessed using standard
web-browsers, from any internet enabled device.
There is no need for each assessor to have a
laptop for visits. One of the most useful pieces
of equipment is an MP3 player to record the
assessors observations and questions, the
learners answers and witness testimony. These
can then be downloaded later without the assessor
having to write anything at all.
No data can be lost because eNVQ stores and backs
up everything. Customers with an LMS system can
export data from eNVQ using .CSV files.
