• ODOT can no longer offer option A for consultant
  selection
• ODOT has amended and updated all the current
  consultant contracts

PROCESS OVERVIEW

• ODOT selects consulting firms and maintains full
  service design contracts with them
• Local agency decides if they want to use one of
  the ODOT selected consulting firms for their
  project design.

• Local agency prepares mini- solicitation
  questions for consultant selection
• ODOT sends the mini-solicitation to the
  consulting firms
• Local agency scores the firms proposals

• ODOT and local agency negotiate contract with
  selected firm
• ODOT prepares and signs work order contract with
  selected firm
• ODOT and local agency manage the firms design work
