• VSU Purchased Sungards Luminis Portal in 2002 As
  Part Of Banner Purchase
• Luminis Placed On Strategic Plan, But
  Insufficient Funding To Move Forward
• Responded To CampusEAI Grant Announcement in
  December, 2008
• Received Notice Of Award in February, 2009
• Conducted Grant Walkthrough in February, 2009
• Project Kickoff held April 8, 2009

• About CampusEAI
• Founded in 2003 by Case Western Reserve
  University, University of Montana, RIT, UNLV, and
  Oklahoma State University
• Mission is to help members reduce the time, cost
  and effort associated with implementing
  enterprise IT solutions
• Award Information
• 1.2 Million in software and services over a five
  year period, with option to renew for another
  fives years under same terms
• VSUs Out of Pocket Cost is 29.5k per year
