17Information Systems Services
- Impact on Schools
- Schools will upload the provisional marks through
SWADMKU or directly onto the Banner form SWADMRK
as normal - Schools will need to enter all Semester One and
mid term provisional marks before the fourth week
of teaching - Schools will need to ensure all optional/elective
modules are uploaded/entered as soon as possible - Schools will need to inform students when the
provisional marks are available for viewing on
the Student Services web page
18Information Systems Services
- Functionality
- Schools will upload or input the marks
- An automatic process will copy the marks into the
mid term field of the SFRSTCR table which is
located behind SFASLST - These marks will be displayed on a new web page
for students to view - Amendments made, by schools, to marks on SWADMRK
will appear in real time on the web page - A date will appear along side the mark on the web
page, to indicate when the mark was entered or
amended - Once the marks are finalised and released to CSA,
schools can not make amendments - As CSA process/roll the marks into SFASLST, the
marks will be deleted from the mid term grade
field in SFRSTCR - The web page will be available for viewing until
May - Students will view their Final marks through the
Results and Resit Application page from July as
usual
