• Proposed guidelines for Subregional Chair
  appointment.
• Asia Pacific Rim establish a subregional
  committee, the committee will consist of all
  elected section chair. Subregional Chair will be
  elected from this committee. 3 year term.
• LAC Subregion chair elected at the section
  meeting. Subregion Chair is different than LAC
  Section Chair. 3 year term. 2 alternative
  persons identified.
• Europe establish a subregional committee
  composed by a rep from each country (not
  necessarily the section chair). Subregional
  Chair will be electetd by this committee. 3 year
  term. 1 alternative.
• Middleast Africa ?? Still to be decided.
• In case of conflict VP has power to vote and to
  mediate.

Objectives / Goals for each subregion Europe

• Try to add value to members in Eastern Europe
  (total members 150 Russia, Hungary Veronica
  Rossue and Poland). Suggestions welcome on
  developing a Continuing Education Program in
  Eastern Europe. First step is bringing the
  European Lecture Program to Eastern Europe.
• Develop an election procedure for the Subregion
  Chair. Bernard to monitor an email discussion
  among Europe subregion on this procedure.
• Europe
• Develop European Lecturers Program
• Financially support the lecturers for travel from
  subregion budget decided on a case by case basis.

  identified lecturers to bring the program to your
  country.
• Create a Technical Chapter in Oil and Gas

  to bring DLP to more than one country.

  TT).
• YE and Student Workshop during the meeting of
  March. How to get your first job..
• Create local groups in Colombia, Ecuador and
  Jamaica.
• Increase membership by 3
• Translate Standardised Leadership training for
  local training.
• Student Section Competition in Ecuador Mina to
  provide information
