  • Im not an expert, just sharing the thoughts of
    people far more knowledgeable then me
  • Definition Leadership is to guide in direction,
    course, action, opinion, etc.
  • There are many ways to lead
  • Dont need a title OR a position

    others enjoy it with them

    memories, good feelings and stories
  • Focus on them, let them know they are there and
    they are appreciated
  • Form connections both physically and mentally

    describes ethics

    accepted by an individual or a social group
  • 2. The study of the general nature of morals and
    of the specific moral choices to be made by a

    affect conduct

    people to make moral judgments about difficult
    situations

    INDIVIDUALLY
  • Then, in your group try to come to a consensus
  • REMEMBER, there are no right or wrong answers in
    this
  • Make sure that you have good discussion, your
    personal views are just as important as the groups

  • There is no definitive way to lead
  • Need to find your way, that works best for you!
  • Plenty of resources around you
  • School, detachment, community
  • The people you will lead are diverse and
    different
  • Strengths and weaknesses
  • Take care of your people and they will take care
    of you!
