• Flushing of the system (July 2004 to December

• The work already begun by the distributing
  companies.
• Conference influence on participants from CEMAC.
• Need for understanding the specifications
  (Octane).
• Need for the presence of the World Bank, etc., in
  conference to be organised.
• Governments to be sensitized on the need for
  harmonisation of Specifications in the region.
• Action plan to be adopted by the specialists.
