- Availability
- Domestic, municipal, or industrial waste streams.
- Collection systems are not covered by permits
issued by the Aquifer Protection Section.

- Availability
- Applications that request variances are not
eligible to Express Review. - Applications that require review by the
Construction Grants and Loans Section are not
eligible.

- Availability
- Environmental Assessments
- Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) are
required on major permits if funding is public
monies, or public land is used. - The Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) or
EIS must be submitted with the permit application
package.

guarantee issuance or provide any variance to
design criteria, Division policies, or rules.

Available Express Review Tracks for Request
- Express Review Program Request Form is submitted
to the Aquifer Protection Section via email. - Tracks open at 9am, four weeks prior to the
submittal date.

- Applicant will email the Express Review Request
Form directly to the coordinator with an
authentication number. - Only one application should be emailed by the
applicant. - First eligible applicant will have opportunity to
reserve track.

- Original Express Review Request Form, Agreement
Contract, and Application fees must be received
by the Central Office within two (2) business
days of approval notification into the express
review program. - Failure to submit information and fee by
established date will result in forfeiture. - Fees are non-refundable.
12Meetings
- Submittal and review meetings are on the first
and third Tuesdays and Thursdays and the second
and fourth Wednesdays of each month. - Meetings are usually in the Central Office, but
may be in the Regions.

applicant and consultants.

Applicant and Consultants have two weeks to
prepare a response - Submit response to both Central and Regional

will be every three weeks until project is
completed - Two weeks for owner/consultants to prepare
package - One week for DWQ review

- An Additional Information Fee applies for each
additional review - Fee is due upon submittal of additional
information packages - Application will be returned if the fees are not
paid on time

- Permits are drafted within 1 to 3 business days
of a complete package (no additional information
