• For gentlemen a watch is customary.
• Ear piercings for women are very accepted.
• Ear piercings for men are not.

• You will need a minimum of two suits
• A dark suit usually black or charcoal grey
• Navy blue suit
• To add variety you can
• Choose a subtle strip on one suit
• Have the other suit plain
• After you have your two basic suits you can
  branch out
• Men can add a sport coat or blazer to their
  wardrobe
• Women can buy other color suits

• Men can choose suits coats that are either double
  breasted or single breasted.
• Women need to be conservative when wearing
  skirts. Knee length is appropriate.

• If a suit does not fit perfectly you can take it
  to a tailor and get it adjusted.

• Socks should match or at least not distract from

• Women should wear pantyhose even when it is hot.

• When commuting to work you may need to purchase
  additional outerwear. You should have one
  quality overcoat.
• You may also need a hat. Men are expected to
  remove their hats upon entering a building
  whereas ladies can keep their hats on.

• Put leather shoes in shoe trees.
• Buy good quality wooden hangers.
• Hang pants upside down.

• Most people dry clean their clothes too often.
• Sending your suits to the cleaners no more than
  four times a year should be enough if you are
  careful with sweat and spills. You can achieve
  just twice a year if you have a large collection
  of suits.
