About ordering your Dedication Stone

• As each Dedication Stone is lovingly
  individually crafted you will need to allow at
  most, 12 weeks for your Dedication Stone to be
  made and ready for pick-up or delivery. To aid us
  to personalise your loved ones dedication stone
  we need you to give us 5 key words that best sum
  up your loved one, ie favourite colour,
  favourite hobby, favourite saying.

As there are many things to consider when
choosing your final design we recommend you take
your time, in the comfort of your own home to
study the following choices before completing an
order form because in our experience to date all
the decisions that need to be made can seem quite
daunting if you and your family are faced with
having to make them all in a day, on the spot at
a strange place amongst strangers. Once you and

• We will then create a template of your
  Dedication Stone using the information you have
  supplied and send you a photo of it via e-mail
  for your final approval before making the
  finished product. This allows for any editing
  that you may consider necessary.
• Once you have given us your final approval to go
  ahead and create your Dedication Stone we will
  require you to pay a 25 deposit with the balance
  being 75 payable upon pick-up, and we will
  provide you with an invoice of final costing.
• About the choices you need to make
  
  Adornments You have choices of applied
  decorations such asflowers, angels, ivy, mosaic
  coloured glass, colour of coating, some of which
  you can view on this presentation.
• Please contact us if you want decorations we have
  not displayed or mentioned and we will endeavour
  to accommodate your wishes.

Stone to be. Please contact us if you have any
enquiries regarding this choice. When we
receive your order, we will e-mail/fax/post your
template for approval and your invoice for your
perusal, acceptance and return.

• Product Information
• The Dedication Stone is constructed of durable
  reinforced concrete.
• When coloured a waterproof mould resistant
  coating is applied giving the surface a beautiful
  eggshell finish. You have a choice of 4
  colours cream, blue, grey and white.
• Adorned means I have applied roses or other
  decoration to the plain or Painted Dedication
  Stone.
• Plain means no coating or adornment.
• Dedication Stones are made in 4 sizes and are
  distinguishable by the number of tiers the base
  has, namely 1, 2 or 3 tier. All have product
  codes for ease of ordering. The 2 3 tier
  Dedication Stones can house 2 loved ones ashes.
• We also have designed a range of pet dedication
  stones.
• Provisional Patency has been approved and numbers
  allocated.

• Photos Frames

• We have a range of different frames that can be
  incorporated into your Dedication Stone design,
  to allow a photo of your loved one to be mounted
  into. If you are considering this option you will
  need to choose supply us a photo. Please refer
  to our product page for sizes and shapes.
• Photos are usually sent away to be set in
  ceramic, we have provided information and prices
  regarding this option on our product page.

Special Surface Colour Coatings
We can offer you a choice of 4 colours white,
cream, blue and grey to coat your Dedication
Stone and when applied gives the surface a
beautiful eggshell finish. This special
coating is waterproof and mould resistant.

• Freight
• If you have requested on the form that your
  Dedication Stone be freighted to you I will
  contact you and advise you of the cost to be
  added to the purchase price. Alternatively you
  are welcome and encouraged to pick your
  Dedication Stone up personally.
• Ashes
• If you wish you can indicate on the form that you
  would like me to place your loved ones ashes in
  the Dedication Stone for you, and then
  permanently seal it at no extra charge to you.
  Otherwise you will be supplied with instructions
  on how to seal your Dedication Stone yourself.
• As there are many variations of the size of ash
  containers supplied by crematoriums we are able
  to provide you with a tin custom made to fit your
  Dedication Stone.
• Engraving
• An optional extra is the choice of a plaque to be
  engraved with small 4 line verse of your choice,
  some examples are on the next page for you to
  view. Of course you may make your own

• My name is Elaine Hurndell and I would love to
  share my story with you all. I used to live life
  so differently. I owned worked two
  hairdressing businesses in the Wairarapa for many
  years.
• I then moved into a run-down house on a very good
  road, a single mother of four children Beaudene
  Montana now 13yrs old, Shylo 9yrs old last
  but not least Denver 8yrs old. So in the space
  of five years I went from business woman to a
  solo Mum on the benefit, what a culture shock! I
  had a dilemma on my hands as to what to do now as
  hairdressing was certainly not a passion of mine,
  but creating beautiful sculptures was.
• So after seven years of begging, borrowing
  bartering the Enchanted Gardens emerged. I
  have 2 acres on which I have created a garden to
  showcase my sculpting work. I also set up a
  little shop on my premises. I opened my garden
  to the public have many visitors enjoy them.
  The Enchanted Gardens have attracted much
  publicity, and I began to sell my sculptures.
• I decided to design make a beautiful sculpture
  for my deceased Pop as his ashes were spread over
  the Rimutakas I wanted him back. So was born
  the Dedication Stone I made a dedication Stone
  for him, it is grey but in the sun it shines
  blue. I will put a poem on the plaque talking
  about a man of the land. I know he's not there
  but I will still go and talk to him.
• The Dedication Stone has been designed to house
  ashes, yet can be used as a headstone at cemetery
  depending on your local council bylaws. I do know
  that if you come home there are no rules, and if
  you move you can take the Dedication Stone with
  you. The Dedication stone is a new alternative to
  the traditional garden urn or clock or box. Each
  one is individually designed crafted with
  internal storage for your loved ones ashes. You
  can tell at a glance the personality of the
  deceased by the design chosen, i.e. flowers/good
  keen gardener, paua/loves the sea, or even
  personalised to ones favourite colour. I feel it
  is time to look at a memorial recognize it
  smile at its beauty in reflection remembrance
  of your loved one's beauty. I often hear about
  celebration of life, but dont see a lot of that
  going on, just waves of grey, sad stark.
• Many ashes end up in china cabinets or wardrobes
  but I feel there needs to be a place for them to
  go shine. As one lady told me after viewing the
  concept My husband has been in the wardrobe for
  20yrs its about time he came out! She got it
  in a nutshell.
