2Whats to know?
- Masculine and feminine nouns and adjectives.
- Agreement in number.
3Spanish uses nouns that are either feminine or
masculine.
The nouns also change to be singular and
plural.(number)

- The adjective bonito will change to bonita when

- The adjective alto/a will change to altos/as when
used to describe more than one noun.

9When both masculine and feminine nouns are
described by one adjective the masculine form is
used.
