Possessive Adjectives

• In Spanish you cannot show possession by using an
  apostrophe followed by the letter s like in
  English.
• Incorrect Ella es mi madres tía
• To show possession in Spanish you must either use
  the preposition de and write it out the long way
• Correct Ella es la tía de mi madre
• Or you can use a possessive adjective to shorten
  it
• Correct Ella es su tía
• (She is her aunt)
