I am Amanda Mefford I hate basketball My papa is
still alive I have 20 horses I have a '98
Saturn I love to clean I love snakes My mom is

2. Extended Metaphor Poem
Love is like a rose the seed is planted within
two people with the help of the smiling sun
tearing rain The seed bears root Even though the
laugh and fights It stands strong, with time,
seed to stem, stem to pod, pod to rose It
blossoms and fills peoples hearts

3. Ode
get to see you and when I get to see you I
smile ... well you get the point!! truth be
known I LOVE YOU!!
I cant help but to love you and I cant make my
self think of loosin you but I do know... when I
see you in the mornings my day brightens up I
cant keep from smilin when I see you
and even though it puts my stomach in knots, I
love it when you pick me up and your eyes, they
kill me when you look at me but your kisses keep
me alive,
when you kiss me I feel like Im gonna float
away being wraped up in your arms I know Im
safe and that I wont float away but then theres
the problem of going weak at the knees
because your touch sends shivers through my
body and added to your kisses, Im in heaven your
personality, most of all is awesome, I love
it, Im happy when Im with you, when Im with you
