Security and Safety

• All members of staff are CRB checked
• Site is secure
• All appropriate staff have recognised NGB
  qualifications
• All adults wear identification badges
• Fire safety talk on arrival and fire drill
• Centre has all correct accreditations

activity at 15.30 ? Each activity lasts 1.5
hours ? 2nd activity at 19.15 ? 5 Activities per

Sleeping Arrangements

• In dormitories of 4 6
• Separate male and female blocks
• Damage must be paid for
• Poor behaviour will not be tolerated

Medicines

• All medicines to be labelled and packed in a bag
  and given to Mrs McCarthy at school on the day of
  departure
• Travel Sickness - on the way and back!
• Any bed wetters or sleep walkers let us know
• Headaches permission to give Calpol
• Hayfever

Money

• 3 a day please put in named purse/wallet to
  give to Miss Shaw
• There is a shop available on site
• Sweets
• No borrowing or lending

• Please try to post a letter for children to
  receive on arrival
• Try not to contact centre unless its an
  emergency ask for teacher
• Children do not ring home NO MOBILE PHONES
• Give children stamps, paper and envelopes

Travel arrangements

• On Monday to be at school for 9 a.m.
• Will get back on Friday at about 6 p.m.
• Ring school after 2 p.m. to find out approximate
  time of arrival
• All information about the trip will be posted on
  school website throughout the week
