    compare real-time fares from a variety of
    low-cost carriers, consolidators and aggregators.
    Moreover, AgentWare empowers us to feel confident
    that we are offering our travelers the best
    possible price.

Low Fare Promise
  • You can depend on Marathon Travel to find the
    best airfare prices. We are so confident of our
    ability to follow through on this guarantee that
    we make the following promises
  • When you reserve your flight with Marathon
    Travel, we promise that if you find a lower
    airfare for the same traveler, airline, date and
    flight, on another website, on the same day as
    you make your reservation, we will honor that
    rate and provide you with a 50 coupon per ticket
    toward your next purchase through Marathon Travel.

  • Our Quality Control department continues to
    monitor the airfare after you purchase an airline
    ticket through Marathon Travel. If the airfare
    amount decreases, we capture the lower airfare,
    reissue the ticket, and the airline issues a
    voucher for the difference based on the rules and
    regulations of each airline.
  • Some airlines charge reissue fees, others do not.
    When the savings outweigh the airline reissue
    fees, the traveler will be issued a voucher from
    the airline for the difference of the two prices.
  • Marathon Travel will monitor future airfares
    booked through the airline issuing the voucher
    and apply it to that next purchase based on the
    rules and regulations of each airline.

  • When booked through the St. Lawrence University
    Travel Desk,

  • When making hotel or car reservations online or
    through the St. Lawrence University Travel Desk.
  • Please Note Changes and cancellations are
    required to be made through the travel desk.
    Airline ticket reissuance will be assessed the
    travel desk service fee.

Agent-Assisted Group Travel Service Fees
  • Domestic Travel Fees
  •   Group of 2-9 travelers
  • 30.00 for the 1st traveler and 15.00 per each
    additional traveler based on the exact same
    itinerary.

  • 15.00 per person for groups of 10 or more
