  understand and teach those principles that are
  most suitable and effective in the church!

When does evangelism occur?

• Evangelism occurs most easily within existing
  (warm) relationships, rather than by talking to
  strangers (cold medium).
• Scripture gives examples of warm medium
  evangelism. See John 141-51, Acts 1630-34, II
