  • The Youth Ambassador of Virtue Project is
implemented into 3 phrases as follow

each and every province across the country were

Education to participate in the pilot project in

  • -Second, After the success of the Pilot

  • At this phrase, the ONPEC helped to recruit
schools, not exceeding 20 schools from each
province, upon their willingness and readiness to
join the project which were about 1,300 schools.
In supporting the first extension phrase, the 76
pilot schools played important roles in looking
after and guiding the participation schools
    nation-wide.
  • -Third, On 3rd May 2001, the Young Ambassador of
Virtue Project Committee has agreed to extend
the project into the third phrase by the
inclusion of 975 primary schools in order to
celebrate His Majesty the Kings 75 Birthday in
    the year 2001

  • To support the schools and to promote the
knowledge of the world affairs to students under
this project, Friend of the Young Ambassador of
Virtue was initiated by the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of Thailand who has invited Diplomatic
Corps and Consular Representatives in Thailand as
well as the Royal Thai Embassy/Consular
    Representatives around the world, particularly,
the over-sea Thai Community to join the project
as Friends of the Young Ambassador of Virtue

Young Ambassador of virtue project
  • The matching of the Friend of the Young
Ambassador of Virtue with the 76 primary schools
under the pilot project has been undertaken
successfully. For example, students are more
confident to communicate with their foreign
friends on the regular basis by exchanging of
letters and notes moreover, they spent time
studied the paired country. Foreign friends
continued to give a moral support to these
schools which includes school materials, books,
computers and scholarship. As a result, schools
in the project built their connections and
networks with their foreign friend as well as

  • As a result, schools in the project built their
connections and networks with their foreign
friend as well as schools in the project within
the province and around the country. This network
help support the cultivation of moral conscience
and expansion of world visions to the young
    students.
  • The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry
of Education will continue to work closely on
this project with a firmly hope that the Young
