Steps to Ensure a Seamless Transition
  • Your hire date with AMCORE will flow to FNBT and
be used for seniority and vesting purposes.
  • Your benefit enrollments will be effective with
your first day of employment and a dedicated team
will work with you to educate and inform you of
    each benefit selected.
  • You will begin your career at FNBT at your
current rate of pay and will receive your next
performance review as of your AMCORE anniversary
    date.
