15
Whats Our Requirement?
  • Develop a common set of Interagency,
    Intergovernmental, and Multinational Joint
    Mission Essential Tasks (JMETs)
  • This is how DoD establishes the tasks,
conditions, and standards to which individuals,
units, and staffs are to be trained to be
prepared to properly accomplish their mission
  • From these JMETs, education and training
programs will be developed or modified to support
these tasks most of the individual education
will be available online (anytime, anywhere) to
those that need it both in and outside of DoD
  • This is a two-way, collaborative effort DoD
needs your help to identify what we must know
about your agency and how to work with it and we
want you to understand how to work effectively
    with DoD
