• Provide for minimal storage

• Add WC
• Add at least 1 lavatory
• Add a tub w/ a showerhead
• Draw a ? to represent a showerhead
• The point goes to the wall
• Provide some storage for extra toiletries and
  towels

In the Master Bath

• Add WC
• Add at least 1 lavatory (2 is nice in this bath)
• Add a bathing area
• Can be
• a tub w/ showerhead
• a stand alone shower stall
• or a soaking tub stand alone shower stall

• Provide some storage for extra toiletries and

Helpful hints

• Remember the spacing for the WC
• Leave a 30 circle of clear space in the bath so
  that you can towel off and dress w/o hitting
  anything.
• Dont forget to label all cabinetry
• Schedule all plumbing fixtures cabinetry

In the Utility Room

• Add the furnace

• Make sure you can access the area around both
  appliances

In the Laundry Room

• Add the Washer Dryer
• Add some storage space for the storage of
  detergents and laundry supplies.
• Add a laundry tub (if you want) for hand washing
  / soaking
• Make sure you have enough room in front of the
  dryer to open the door

In the Kitchen

• Go to MillsPride.com
• Use the kitchen design tool there to assist in
  the design of your kitchen.
• Transfer the information to the CADD file.
• Modify cabinetry as needed
• NOTE you do not have to use the MillsPride
  cabinetry. The design tool is just to help you
  design it.
