Make-up/Late Policy
  • Make-Up Work at Riverwatch
  • It is the students responsibility to turn in
    make-up work when he/she is absent from school.
    The student has five (5) school days upon
    returning to school to complete make-up work.
  • If a student is absent on the day that a
    long-term project/assignment is due, it is the
    students responsibility to make arrangements to
    turn in the assignment/project to the appropriate
    teacher by 430 on the due date. Students will
    make up a missed test the first day they are back
    in class. If there is a family emergency, the
    student and parent may submit a note to the
    respective teacher for consideration.
  • Late Work Policy
  • Assignments to be taken for completion grades are
    expected to be turned in on the due dates. No
    late assignments will be accepted and students
    will receive a 0 for that assignment.
  • Assignments to be taken for measurement of
    progress and mastery are expected to be turned in
    on the due dates. Late assignments will lose 15
    points per calendar day turned in after due
    dates. This includes all major projects and
    writing assignments.

    scientific explanations.

  • Homework is updated on Mondays along with
    grades. You can access homework by going to my
    website the then Homework. This is good until
    Angel is up and running.
