DAU ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS

• 1- Go to https//atrrs.army.mil/channels/aitas/
• 2- To prepare and process an application for
  enrollment in Continuous Learning Modules, like
  the Government Purchase Card Tutorial. Please
  make sure to follow these instructions properly.

DAU CONTINUOUS LEARNING

• 1 - Under Student, click on Prepare
  Application
• 2 - Select CONTINUOUS LEARNING MODULES from the
  drop down list.
• 3 - Log in with your SSN and Date of Birth.
• 4 - Select DAU Continuous Learning Course from
  the Course Drop-down list.

• 5 - Press the SEARCH button
• 6 - Click on DAU Virtual Campus Learning Module
  link
• 7 - Clock on the class number
• 8 - Complete application
• 9 - Click on the SUBMIT THIS APPLICATION button
  at bottom of screen.

DAU CONTINUOUS LEARNING

• Your application will be forwarded to DAU for
  enrollment in their virtual campus. If you do
  not already have an account on the DAU virtual
  campus, one will be created for you . You will
  receive a welcome email from DAU (ATLAS) when you
  have enrolled and can start the course.

EMAIL NOTIFICATION SAMPLE

• Dear John
• Welcome. You have enrolled in a Defense
  Acquisition University (DAU) continuous learning
  module. To access the course, please go to
  https//atlas.dau.gov website. If you have taken
  DAU online courses in the past, you already have
  your User Name and Password. If you have
  misplaced or forgotten your User Name and
  Password, they can be retrieved from the log in
  screen under Forgot User Name? or Forgot
  Password. If you are a new enrollee of DAU
  online courses, you should have just received a
  User Name and Password via two emails. You will
  have 30 calendar days to complete this Continuous
  Learning module. You must get 100 percent on the
  exam to pass the course. This continuous
  learning module does not have an instructor
  available to assist you. The DAU Help Desk is
  available to answer any questions regarding the
  setup or if you have difficulty operating the
  web-site or the lessons. Their contact
  information is listed below. When calling in,
  select option 1 for the DAU Virtual Campus. Good

Login Problems

• In case you cannot login after you complete your
  application
• You may retrieve your username and password at
  anytime for Atlas (https//atlas.dau.gov) website
  accounts. Follow instructions below
• - To retrieve your username, simply click on the
  Forgot Username link. Enter your SSN and DOB
  when click submit.
• - To retrieve your password, simply click on
  the Forgot Password screen, either Retrieve
  password by username or retrieve password by SSN.
  Key to your information then click Get
  Password.
• ( In the event that you do not receive your
  password or username within 1 hour, review your
  student profile to verify your most recent valid
  e-mail address is on file) Access your agencys
  registrar site

  20Welcome.asp to edit your student profile.
