publication produced by the Royal Academy of
Dance, a global arts organisation promoting
knowledge, understanding and practice of dance.
Who is reading it? By advertising in dance

  • Formats for artwork
  • If possible please supply artwork on CD as a
    QuarkXpress document, with all fonts and
    high-resolution images included. Artwork can also
    be supplied on CD or by email as high-resolution
    (300dpi) EPS, TIF or PDF. A hard copy MUST be
    sent for proofing.
  • A minimum charge of 30 VAT will be made for
    alterations and typesetting.
  • The Academy reserves the right to amend or reject
    advertisements, where the advertisement does not
    comply with our artwork guidelines.
  • Please send your advertisement and proof to the
    address on the booking form.
  • Rates and Refunds
  • Refunds will be based on full payment for
    advertisements already taken less a 5
    administrative charge.
  • Advertisements cancelled after the booking
    deadline will be subject to a 50 administrative
    charge.
  • Charges will still apply for premium positions if
    an advertisement is cancelled after the booking
    deadline.
  • Advertisers placing advertisements through
    agencies will be considered responsible for the
    payment of any invoice outstanding if the agency
    does not pay. A 10 agency commission is
    available.
  • Standard rates are exclusive of VAT.
  • The Academy reserves the right to review
    advertising rates.
