The biggest event of the year is the Christmas
party It is the only day the foreigners can
meet their countrymen, which are separated in 18
different prison departments

Some of the foreign prisoners have been moved to
Kuang Fu prison, 80 km south of Hualien

• It takes an 12 hour car ride or 8 hours by train
  to visit them, but we try to visit them every
  month

The Kuang Fu Prison is a no wall prison, but
now security has been raised high.

Before the worship time we can have a meal with
them

This Vietnamese received Christ end of 2002 and
asked to be baptized in March 2003, but due to
SARS, a new director and to raised security

prisoners2. We need people preparing food for
the different nationalities

  to pack them
• 4. We need funds of about 150 000 NT to cover
  all expenses.
