Routine care
  • Helps prevent wrinkles, stains, and damage to
    clothing
  • Always open all buttons and snaps before putting
    on clothing then re-hook before washing
  • Take off shoes before putting on pants/shorts
  • Remove stains as soon as possible
  • Keep dirty and clean clothing separate
  • Always hang or fold clothing

Storing Clothing
  • Drawers and flat storage
  • Dividers help separate small things
  • Dont overfill
  • Closets for hanging storage
  • Use appropriate size hanger
  • Seasonal storage
  • put winter clothing in cool, dry place in summer
    (use mothballs for wool)

    clean
