6Services Agreement Key Features
- The aim of the JSE Services Agreement is to
manage the JSEs commercial relationship with its
customers in an effective, efficient and
consistent manner. - Principles of the agreement are
- Equality for all customers receiving the same
service - Protection of JSE and JSE customers
- Clear management of the commercial relationship
between parties - Ensuring compatibility between commercial and
regulatory relationship between parties (SECA,
FMCA, JSE Rules and Constitution). - Agreement currently deals with those services
related to JSE SETS - access to a test environment within which to test
trading functionality - access to a test environment within which to test
receipt of InfoWiz information - access to trading on JSE SETS.
- Eventually aim to include all JSE services into
the contract.

The JSE will offer one free conceptual training
session per trader.

11JSE User Readiness Help desk
The JSE User Readiness Help desk will perform the
following functions
- User Readiness
- Field and route JSE User queries (related to JSE
SETS and InfoWiz) - Develop and post FAQs on the JSE website
- Maintain JSE User and Vendor contact details.
- User Enablement
- Field and route customer testing process and
related queries - Schedule customer test sessions
- Maintain a customer test schedule/calender and
maintain details of those undergoing customer
testing - Assist with the distribution of USAPS and KEKs,
maintain, follow up and store user enablement
forms.
- The JSE aims to acknowledge receipt of all
queries within 2 hours and to reply as quickly as
possible. - All non-JSE SETS and InfoWiz queries will
continue to be handled by Business Support.
