• To provide delegates from West African countries

• 1) the ability to
• understand the concepts of interconnection, costs
  and pricing in developing telecommunications
  markets
• recognise the requirements for regulatory action
  where interconnection disputed or costs and
  prices are insufficiently related
• apply this knowledge effectively in future
  regulatory decisions in their countries
• 2) the opportunity to discuss practical problems
  relating to interconnection, costs and pricing in
  their countries
