EU BIB market overview

• Until BLS there was no dedicated food BIB
  operator
• Presently all bulk containers are used to move a
  wide variety of incompatible products including
  animal waste, chemical, hazardous and food
  products

Food Grade Liners Installation

• Food Grade Liners are hung inside our bulk
  containersat our transport depots by trained
  operatives
• First all containers are brought to this facility
  and checked for damage, used liners are cut out
  and the containers are swept out. When necessary
  the containers are steam cleaned and are dried
  before fitting the New liner bag
• Containers can then be positioned for loading

fully and achieve a payload of 27 mt for your
food product - as good or better than 30ft

Deep sea options

• Due to the growth in EU demand for sugar and
• other bulk food products from all over the world
• BLS has developed a deep sea 20ft container
  solution
• standard 20ft containers adapted for bulk foods
• therefore smaller volumes can be transported
• cost effectively and safely
• from the producers factory to customers silo
• lower risk than any other transport mode
• cutting down on time in port silos
• no product handling and no losses

Deep sea 20ft containers

• Can be loaded with bulk food by belt thrower, on
  tipping
• chassis or on tipping platform filling by
  gravity. A food grade
• liner bag is used. Gravity fill optimises
  payload of up to 27 mt
• and does not damage your product.
• Discharge is exactly the same high standard as
  using BLS dedicated bulk containers using special
  rotary valves and pipework that connects straight
  from the container into the customers own silos
  it is clean and safe
