• Who gets them?
• Headquarters receives all reports
• Chapters must also submit reports to their
  Section
• When are they due?
• Exact due dates change every year
• Expect to submit in early Spring
• Where are the forms?
• The SC Resource page of the AWMA Web site
• Also mailed to the current chair in late fall of
  the reporting year

Minasian Chapter Cup Awards

• Separate application
• All requested documentation must accompany
  application and annual report must be submitted
• Sections must submit reports or address activity
  of their chapters
• Winners announced at Annual Conference and
  Exhibition (ACE)

How to Submit

• Regular reports can be emailed or mailed.
• Minasian and Chapter Cup must be mailed by the
  postmark date with ALL documentation attached.
• Directors Officers insurance payments should
  be sent with the annual report but OK to send
  separately (no later than July 1).
