Apartments

• A typical standard apartment (approx KWD 240
  per month)
• ACK staff apartment (Furnished) -1BR KD250-280
  per month
• A more up-market apartment (usually
  unfurnished) approx KD300-350 per month
• An executive apartment (unfurnished) Starts
  from KD450 per month)
• Notes
• These prices are a guide prices vary depending
  on location (e.g. proximity to the beach) and
  suburb/distance from the city centre.
• Some apartments are furnished, others are not.
  To furnish an apartment it costs between 700 to
  1000 KD which covers everything from white goods
  to pillows.
• Rent on apartments includes utilities (water,
  electricity, etc).

Inside the staff Apartment
A staff apartment consists of a living room a
kitchen bedroom and bathroom. (This one is on
the fourth floor.)
In this apartment block there is a shared laundry
on the ground floor. There is also a small
balcony in each apartment where clothes can be
dried.

This is the kitchen with an electric stove, and
refrigerator on the left sink and cupboards on
the right.
A door off the kitchen opens on to a small
balcony.

Bathrooms have a bidet, toilet, bath-shower and
wash basin.
This apartment looks out to sea. There are many
apartment blocks on the sea-front with direct
views of the ocean.
