  using Domino on iSeries
• Customer Satisfaction enters returned goods
  information who, what, how many, why.
  Information entered is verified against order
  information on the iSeries for accuracy and to
  retrieve customer/ship-to information.
• Form is forwarded to appropriate person for
  approval sales mgr, customer server mgr
• Return is approved. Notification is sent to
  trucking company telling them where to go, what
  to pick up and where to deliver it

  application using Domino on iSeries
• Trucking company updates expected delivery date
• Distribution Center is notified when the return
  is expected
• Receiving counts returned goods, verifies
  quantities entered initially and stores goods in
  returned area
• Quality Control or Purchasing is notified
  returned merchandise is waiting for inspection.
• Once goods are inspected, Accounts Receivable is
  notified a Credit Memo should be created.
